Proposed Uses

We are keen to deliver a vibrant mix of uses that will contribute positively to the local area and animate the ground floor. 

 

Enhanced Public Realm and Placemaking

Our new public realm design will create healthy, vibrant, and attractive landscapes at street level, where the local community, future residents, employers, and workers can enjoy the experience.

The new pocket park on the corner of 1 Victoria Street will be animated with street furniture, and large planting to encourage its use. This will allow pedestrians to connect with the ground floor open space and retail units, creating an active and lively space which looks towards the World Heritage Site of the Palace of Westminster.

External Amenities

We will also be delivering a rooftop terrace space on the 8th floor for employees to benefit from the well-being open space. Our landscaping strategy aims to maximise biodiversity through extensive urban greening on the terrace as well as bringing a plant room on the top floor. To promote sustainable transit, our plans will provide end-of-trip facilities (changing rooms/showers) on upper levels.

The privacy of nearby properties has been considered and will be managed through landscaping, privacy screening and hours of operation.
